A strategic refresh of Associated Projects’ digital and marketing presence was delivered to elevate both perception and usability. Chelsea led the creative direction and UX of a website facelift, transforming the existing site into a more premium and polished experience aligned with the calibre of projects delivered. The update improved clarity, visual impact, and navigation—allowing key sectors and project work to be communicated with greater confidence. She collaborated with a web developer to implement the changes and worked closely with a copywriter/CMO to refine messaging. To support business development, professionally designed capability statements were created to clearly articulate services across sectors. Additional brand touchpoints were refined, including a targeted print campaign and aligned social media direction, ensuring a cohesive and professional presence across all platforms.
