Approach

Chelsea led the UX, and creative direction, shaping a new website designed to clearly communicate capabilities, showcase projects, and guide users through the enquiry process. She collaborated with a web developer on the build and worked closely with the company’s CMO/copywriter to refine messaging and content. To ensure consistency, Chelsea developed detailed brand guidelines and created 12+ capability statements to clearly articulate services across sectors. Social media direction and templates were also introduced to support a more cohesive and professional presence. Chelsea also managed Meta advertising campaigns to support brand awareness, lead generation, and audience growth, aligning paid media activity with broader marketing objectives and campaign strategies. Lead magnets and structured EDM nurture journeys were implemented to strengthen lead generation and client engagement, resulting in a more connected, efficient, and scalable marketing ecosystem.
