Overview
We partnered with Flo Ceramics Mama to develop a cohesive visual direction and content suite that captured the warmth, texture, and individuality of each handmade piece. Spanning brand, photography, and digital touchpoints, the focus was on creating a presence that felt consistent from market stall to online store.

Approach
We approached the project through a content-first lens, using photography and creative direction to define the brand’s visual language. Chelsea led the creative direction and photography, developing a style that highlighted the tactile, imperfect nature of the ceramics through natural light, close detail, and considered composition. The aim was to translate the in-person feel of the pieces into imagery that felt honest and engaging online. Alongside this, Chelsea developed the brand identity—including logo and guidelines—to support consistency across all touchpoints. This extended into signage for market displays and the setup of the Etsy store, ensuring the brand translated seamlessly into a functional retail experience. To support long-term growth, she also provided social media training for the founder—equipping her with the tools and confidence to continue creating content and showing up consistently online.

Outcome
The result is a cohesive and flexible brand presence built around strong visual storytelling. Flo Ceramics Mama now has a clear creative direction, a library of high-quality imagery, and the confidence to continue building her brand independently, supported by a consistent identity across both physical and digital spaces.
